She has led the design & delivery of domestic & global development initiatives

Passion

When in the workshop room Sara finds it particularly motivating to work with participants who have immense technical mastery and aspire to balance that prowess with improved leadership and communication skills. Sara is enthusiastic about seeing people strive for excellence, whether that’s learning an entirely new skill or simply challenging a thought. The drive for constant learning can be expressed in many ways and Sara has a passion for supporting the process to achievement. 

What’s really important to Sara is “having a way to express yourself accurately”, so she makes every interaction significant, useful and an energised experience.

Experience

Sara has worked as a coach, trainer and facilitator since the year 2000, facilitating, coaching and teaching adults all over the world. Sara has a key role in programme design & delivery, research and client relations. This breadth of opportunity gives Sara deep appreciation for the goals of her clients. As a leader her objective is to ensure that clients return to time and again for quality programmes that bring exceptional development to their staff. From 2006 to 2015 she was the owner and director of Message Train Pty Ltd. 

Sara has a great deal of comfort working with a broad cross-section of business; at the board and executive level, right through to client facing staff. She has a proven ability to add value and create a positive learning environment at all levels.

Sara is also a professional vocalist and currently fronts one of Australia’s most successful Swing big bands; The Velvet Set. She consistently performs at major venues throughout the country. Sara has always paralleled her corporate life with her passion for music. Sara’s creativity and business acumen compliments the style and dynamics of her strategic partners.
